For those of us who don't have 3 hours spare to watch Troy, here's the Abridged version.
Order of the Stick is a comedy D&D comic strip. Quite good, especially the second edition jokes.
COH players, pay attention: Super Soldier serum now avaible online. Brought to you by the agents of S.H.A.F.T.
Talking of geeks, I came across an utterly odd Dr Who fan site, the premise being the missing 'Paul McGann' Episodes.Following an amazing episode with tons of Daleks in it, the BBC turns out episodes like the 'Twats of Time'. Can't find the link, may have hallunicnated it all.
Boobies!. No, Spring isn't having an effect on me at all. Why do you ask?
Actually, I'm focusing on getting healthy and taking of the fatman suit I'm currently wearing, though not quite like this.

Casshern. Get your live action, manga style, giant robot stomping, kung fu fightin', kicks the ass of the Matrix style action here my friend. No idea what the plot is, it being in Japanese and all, but it certainly is shiney.
Also have been on a bit of a 'future of music' trip today thanks to some music recommendations from Warren Ellis and Mr Scott. Was checking out a track called Requiem by a group called The Morrighan and I stumbled across it being given away for free on a website called Peoplesound.
It's got this odd idea of giving away free music and selling CD's alongside them, with a big chunk of money going to the band rather than a music label. Also has a rather nice 'music like this' option where you can then listen to all of the tunes it recommends. Mr Scott is of course quite right in his oppinion of said track as a joyful and mighty piece of music.
Which leads me to Mperia via Mr Ellis' weblog. This is an even better version of the idea above, it takes unsigned bands and then asks you to forget about CD's and start thinking about ones and zeros, you can buy indivdual tracks, listen to just about everything before you buy and give the majority of your money to the band in question. Goteki for example, which I suspect Kneeshooter might like, they're best described as "Gary Numan abducted by the Borg".
Anyway how can you not like a website who's FAQ starts with "We're here to damn The Man and fight the power. Werd" and continues in that vein?
Also while I'm on the subject, Pixies Bootlegs are here [via plasticbag]
