Calico Pie

Bolt City's rather excellent Copper,, sickening as it is, has kept me chirpy recently, but then I think I stole someone elses share of optimism at an early age.

And this has put my lust in perspective.

Have a bucket load of job applications to fill in at the moment. Yay me. Current plan is get something. Anything. Providing it doesn' involve nuns. Or hamsters. Or hamster in nun costumes. I don't want to go through THAT again.

Have so for avoided the lure of sitting round playing games all day. Though this proto-type sims packaging tempted me to start playing with Little Computer People.

Oh,and book for the North East coach to Maelstrom. Today. Or I'll eat your soul. Or something.

Well it made me smile...

A few pictures of newlyweds in San Fransisco last week. Brought a smile to my lips it did. Hope the pirate wedding this weekend is as much a happy occasion.

Oh and here's some very useful useful stuff for writers in the audience. It's a few hundred posts and growing writing tutorial by Jim Macdonald, who seems to this knowlessman to know what he's talking about.

Obey the fist!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but surely an Underground City of Salt wouldn't it melt in the rain? Or, say, if some maniac, after eating to much sugar and caffeine, was to drive into with a stolen firetruck spraying water every where? Just asking mind, no actual reason.

Zim - The comic strip, can be read here: 1,2,3,4.

Back once again

Retrospec, retro gaming heaven. Remakes of classic games like Head over Heels, Manic Miner and Jet Set Willy for your PC, Mac or Linux system.

Also just so that everyone knows here is the definitive Pagan Hierarchy. Hope you were paying attention there at the back.

And finally,

Get Firefox

The browser formally known as Firebird edges closer to 1.0, it's very shiney, has many cool ideas inside it and is indeed 133t. Give it a try, it's so much better than IE.
